@asokel the mres are deigned for war, to give someone everythign they need to survive in a protable and hard to damage package, they might not be nice but they definitely are actually good for you in terms of nutrition

@asokel well high quality is more a "best before" thing that "expires after", you can eat a cake that has been sitting around to the point its gone a bit stale without health consequences, but its best before that happens
