Another week of running down! 16 weeks left until my HM.

This week, I had a slightly easier week than last week. Just over 4 hours on my feet, 34km down. Aside from parkrun and a single Tabata run on Tuesday, it was all slow training miles. Next week should pick up the pace a bit, with more speedwork planned!

One of the challenges with my running is that I'm carrying more weight than I want to at the moment, which is making it harder to hold pace, as I tend to overheat more than I should. The cool weather will help, and hopefully I'll reduce my body fat levels too, but that latter effort is happening a bit more slowly than I would like.
