@sgtgary the article spins it as mostly about concerns about Former US policies, but I suspect a significant number of the signers also have concerns about their personal safety and ability to enter the country.

yes, I would guess some signatories only care selfishly about their own safety and not about injustices and war crimes being carried out by the usa around the globe
