@Permanent_Dinner @Bellingcat Yes, to all the civil countries in the world the use of anti personnel mines is a war crime. The US do not consider themselves humane. They also don’t agree with the international court of justice. So Vladimir Putin can go to Disney Land in the USA for a holiday and have no fear of arrest, but set foot in Europe or any other civil country and he will be arrested.

Not a lawyer, but - it would be a treaty violation, not a war crime. Attacking Iran as a war of aggression is a war crime though.
