I don’t know what security check ICE agents have to pass through to access airports, but I hope it’s legit. Anyone can buy body armor online, and ICE patches can be purchased off Etsy.

@mcnado I've been out of the industry for quite some time, but I believe they are still required to get a criminal history check done by the airport to get an airport access badge. Need the airport badge to get beyond the checkpoint with prohibited items (weapons).

They could very easily be on the public (non secure) side of the airport with no check though.
