username_1xeyes is a classic X Window program that helps finding the cursor (looks like a pair of eyes looking at the direction of the cursor)
MisterFrogRecommend PowerToys if you’re forced to use windows at work, it has heaps of neat stuff including find my cursor.
It makes windows 11 somewhat more bearable
