Winnipeg city council moves ahead with permanent Wellington Crescent bike lane
Winnipeg city council has voted to scrap a plan to install a temporary bike lane on Wellington Crescent and instead begin work to design permanent infrastructure. It also approved a request to the Manitoba government to change legislation allowing council to set its own default speed limit.
