Aggressive driving, distracted driving? Brick. Leafblower? Brick. Power washer used recreationally and/or at inappropriate hours? Brick. ATV on or near hiking trails or otherwise-quiet wilderness? Brick. Generator at a campsite in the woods? Brick.
* For broad definitions of "engine" and "brick". Stereo audible outside the vehicle? No, suddenly you have a 2-watt, single-speaker FM/AM radio. Misaimed or modified lights? Nope, now they're stock (and properly aimed; you're welcome). Tesla? Brick (and your bank account contents donated to charity, since clearly you're not ready for the responsibility of having money). E-bike misridden as a bulldozer? Brick.
