And because of our corrupt SCOTUS, he can actually do that.

Please note I am not happy about TSA not getting paid, but historically presidents were precluded from redirecting funding, but our corrupt SCOTUS gave him permission to do so during his first regime and strengthened it in their criminal immunity case two years ago.
