Just nabbed a pair of 100% cotton jeans from circa the millennium, not only just my size, but *the exact size up plus the tailoring I would have done to them* by someone far more skilled than I am, for $4 USD. #Secondhand really feels like the only way to go.
We've made enough stuff, we just need to get it into the hands that need it, and doing that is helpfully also much cheaper for the end user than strip-mining the earth for new-manufactured landfill fodder. We need exactly this sort of circular economy that passes things along until the materials need to be repurposed.
