Billthoo@tdelmas @skinnylatte do you know how does the ticket office determine if you’re from the EU, out of interest? Is there an EU residency ID?
@Billthoo @skinnylatte For Non-European living in Europe, there is residency ID cards, or VISA for the first year(s). So the ticket office ask to see it.
