I brought home a broken laptop for kiddo to learn hardware repair/replacement. I acquired some of the parts and told him to find the disassembly guide. He watched several videos and tackled the first repairs while I was hard at work playing with databases and teaching others. #ProudMamaMoment as I listened to him regale me with his adventures & all that he has learned. He has a long way to go but the laptop has working fans and a shiny keyboard. SSD is on order. Maybe IT work is genetic 🤷‍♀️
