Even before Trump reached the White House, Supreme Court Republicans already substantially lowered black admissions at universities built by black captives worked to death unpaid starting generations before the USA was born. They lowered hiring of black professors at universities with a horrific history of segregation. Yet the GOP is not satisfied. They were working to Make America Great Again by resegregating univgersities.
