I'm on a wild goose chase for an expert in medusozoa / cnidaria life cycle and ecology (a jellyfish expert so to say).

One of my colleagues is researching jellyfish blooms in the North Sea for her PhD, and has some questions on the general things. Preferably in Belgium or surroundings, so she can visit with a bunch of questions.

It's a long shot, but asking is free. Sharing appreciated!

Looks like there are not that many Belgium-based scholars writing about jellyfish, but at least it won't take too long to look at the topics and author affiliations of these papers

Just keep in mind - the fact that Laurent Duchatelet is the most frequent author in this set doesn't necessarily mean he is based in Belgium; rather, he might frequently collaborate with scholars in Belgium.

Thx for the tip (didn't know about nest.org). You also discovered our problem. We're working together with the Flanders Marine institute and the publish once in a while, but they don't have or know an expert in our region. Hence my desperate attempt here.
