Up early today for blood test¹, something I've managed to avoid for a while because they switched drugs. Daylight means I have to crank up my monitor's brightness, and then I'll wonder why my eyes hurt when I forget to turn it down at sundown.

Everyone is sick, in different ways. My brother is home sick, could be cold or flu or covid, who knows, and he's not the sort to check. At least he's not visiting my 91-year-old father, as he usually does Thursdays.

Sis1 had back surgery Monday, and each of her two kids took a couple of days off to help her through this week.

Sis2 went in for her post-breast-cancer annual check, and found out that while the radiation-treated breast was still clear, her other breast wasn't, so she's had to start chemo.
