The choice is now socialism or fascism.

Cos the billionaires are bringing the fascism, hoo boy, are they bringing it.

What you gonna do? Debate both sides till they shoot you with a drone?

The fact that liberals are wavering on this just highlights how little you can trust the sellout motherfuckers.

@Jyoti how much of the World needs to be on fire for them to get off the fence?

@Lazarou

Well, to be fair, *their* fence isn't on fire yet.

I'm sure, once their arses get warm, they will quickly convert to being the most devoted of ̶a̶p̶p̶a̶r̶a̶t̶c̶h̶i̶k̶s̶ revolutionaries.

@Jyoti lol, and then afterwards claim it was all their idea...

@Lazarou

... and eventually execute all the actual revolutionaries after a series of show trials and purges...

@Jyoti Liberals are in denial that they are closer to the homeless than they are to the Epstein class. A lifetime of paychecks won't make you Elon, a few months without a paycheck will have you on the street.

Liberals need to realise the suffering they watch being inflicted on others by thinly veiled fascists can, and will be inflicted on them. They feel secure, but the laws centrist politicians are putting in place for 'safety', to punish people for their bank balance, sexuality, medical condition or skincolour can and will be turned on them someday, as security is an illusion and the rich will claim it eventually.

@Rycochet

The only way the billionaires can get ever richer is by making all of the rest of us ever poorer.

I don't even care if someone is a millionaire, they are NOT on the side of the billionaires, they have as much as common with them as I do, a lower-middle-class person.

Two side, one question: are you a billionaire?

@Jyoti Some days I feel like yelling 'They will never care about you until they are afraid of the consequences of not caring.'

@Jyoti you're not wrong, but if you think any state is gonna save you then you're gonna get a big surprise. Doesn't seem to matter where on the spectrum a nation is relative to their economic policy, they all support each other. That's the lesson from Kronstadt, to Spain, to Rojava, to Myanmar,

The real fight looks like it's between autonomy and hierarchy, regardless of claimed economic systems, between people organizing themselves (libertarian socialism) and people being organized (corporations and the states that protect them).

The distinction is critical if we don't want to end up repeating the same mistakes that got us here.

@Hex @Jyoti

To paraphrase John Gardner in his book, Grendel:

All states are evil. Not just a little evil. Monstrously evil.
