A couple things going on here:

- In a remote work setting nothing beats having someone on the ground to duplicate an issue in the wild.
- chances are a 3rd party library was too noisy so someone had the bright idea to catch an error, not log it, and not send it to a tool like sentry. You would be surprised how often someone does this and nobody notices.
- roast poblanos blended into nacho cheese is stupid delicious
