@burnoutqueen @EricLawton The conservatives keep conflating the two and use intersex women as examples of "trans" athletes winning... I hate it so much cos it's so easy to disprove what they say but i know people will just believe it anyway...

As usual, they go with a statement one could agree with (sure, in many sports male athletes shouldn't compete with female athletes), and draw absolutely wild conclusions from there.
Testings SRY, afaik, is about as accurate as checking if I'm drunk right now by analyzing the hair follicles from my brother's head.
