Wrote an update to my doctor at the VA. As always, I preface it with a disclaimer that no action is requested, it is not an emergency, and I am not contemplating #SelfHarm or #suicide

but because anything I attach gets added to my medical record, I like to include memes because it amuses me greatly to have them become Part of the Record
