Matildajust seen a job advert for tether - another scam I didn't know was going - given bitcoin seems in a bit of a doldrums what are they being used for now?
flpvsk@junklight lots of illegal activity. but also, for stuff that's against TOS for major payment providers (i.e. sex work). Also for transfers to and from sanctioned countries (Russia, probably Iran although not right now).
