Free idea: people-first certification that any business—software startup, local dentist, etc.—can apply for that examines:

hiring and employment practices
owner vs. least-paid compensation
commercial affiliations
community impact
funding sources
privacy policies
systems utilized
qualitative feedback

It’d be nice to verify and encourage practices that put peoples’ wellbeing before business expansion and profit. I’m sure I’m missing good criteria. Maybe something similar already exists?
