I wanted to update my Fedora installation to 44 beta, so I could try Gnome/Orca 50.

1. The commands I found to get myself onto the beta didn't work. The main command wasn't found.
2. My Orca setting to read phonetics seems to have been turned off.
3. When up arrowing in Terminal, Orca randomly does or doesn't read the prompt before the command.
4. I gave up last night. When I opened my laptop today, speech was slow and crackling badly.

I'm back on Windows again.
