The attitude of these distros is not productive. They are not seeking counselling in the affected jurisdictions. In Brazil there is already substantial analysis demonstrating how the mentioned laws do not affect GNU/Linux in the way these distros are fearing. The panic causing these geo-blocks is clearly an overkill.
