I love journalists anthropomorphizing numbers: "many communities are still struggling to keep their population levels up." It's like the weatherperson saying "temperatures struggle to reach the 70s tomorrow." There is no struggle in the story, just the government driving immigrants out
Don't get me wrong. Driving out immigrants is both cruel and stupid. Before last year they were also birthing >20% of American babies. But we don't have a demographic crisis.
