I don't want to be rude, but I'd say that you could greatly improve your marketing. My experience after working a lot in cooperative is that customers really don't care about your company's structure as long as you deliver.
And I'm not surprised that big leads didn't want to work with you as you clearly state on your website that your answer time is actually a week?!?
There are a lot of agencies who have a much smaller team and yet give a much better impression.
