Thinking of Germany and the Netherlands there is some collective guilt feelings about 40-45 and when it comes especially to the Netherlands there is huge economic reasons (weapons, spyware and more) to keep the "special" relationship with Israel alive. Then there is the Holy Land theory.
And have you looked at the voting by the proposal of Ghana about slavery ? Who voted against ? USA, Israel and Argentina. Who abstained ? UK, Netherlands and several other European countries. This makes me think that racism is still deeply rooted in some governments. We must #decolonize and #PowerToThePeople #freepalestine #freegaza #NetanyahuToTheHague
