Not really following that too closely, but: OpenAI shuts down Sora (yay!), and pivots to robotics (WTF?!?).

People, hold on to your butts, it seems the future is coming down on us faster than expected. And, no, I don't expect OpenAI to actually deliver on robotics.

Let me paraphrase Mr Goldfinger: "I expect you to die, overhyped tech corp." And, this time, I guess he will not be bested.

(Consireding the economic impact, I'm not even sure that's what I really want.)
