There isn't a day goes by when I don't see multiple examples of illegal driving behaviour on my short commute into work. Today's count:

3 illegal right turns
1 driving the wrong way down a one way street (on the approach to a primary school)
2 stopping in a yellow box and snarling up traffic
1 driving in a bus lane while not being a bus
2 red light breakers

All of these things make the roads more dangerous for everyone and many contribute to congestion. None are enforced.

@ccferrie On days when I bother to count I usually see about equal numbers of cars and bicycles jumping red lights. Guess which does more damage when it hits someone.

@TimWardCam @ccferrie

Coming off the motorway the other day onto a roundabout, a minicab came up the left lane, stopped at the red light, then crept forward, then blatantly jumped the light when there was a gap in the crossing traffic.

Much the annoyance of a driver of a big SUV waiting in the other lane. So when the cab got stuck at the next set of lights, and ours turned green, the SUV driver caught the cab up, cut him up and drove slowly in front of him for a while. We quite enjoyed that.
