Chris OldwoodGrrr, I can’t believe I have to use Bing to search my blog these days because Google — who owns Blogger, where my blog is hosted! — rarely finds anything 🤷♂️.
(I’m even using one of the out-of-the-box templates, so nothing fancy.)
Chris Pitts@chrisoldwood I rarely use Google these days, but I can believe it - the top hits are either sponsored irrelevance or meaningless AI generated gibberish.
@thirstybear It’s been like this for some years, and I’ve found it easier to use Blogger’s own search box when I know an exact term, but I often like to search across my blog and articles at the same time.
I think I’ve always been immune to most of the noise and have never trusted the AI summary, but now they cite links I can quickly validate it for myself.
