JohnA weird thing about 2x2s from someone who worked in Design Thinking for 10 years:
The upper-right quadrant is *always* reserved for the best option for both comm and psychological reasons. The lower-left is reserved for the option you do not want someone to consider.
I know why "right" is on the right side and "left" is on the left side, but... 😬
Also, this 2x2 makes it look like our two options are "authoritarian" or "libertarian" and...that's really disturbing.
