I still remember coming back to Melbourne after a long absence and the first thing I did in the CBD was look around and go "Okay, there's no new council towers, in fact there are a lot less, so where are all the homeless ppl" and about 20 mins later the big cop suv rocked up to harrass a coupla guys and ah, yep. There it is.
