Hey, EU-savvy friends. Vueling lost my baggage on a recent trip. I'm trying to file a claim with them, but the only path to do so is via their chatbot, which only produces this error:

How do I open a complaint with the EC about this?

@pluralistic https://www.vueling.com/de/wir-bei-vueling/kontakt shows a mailing address and lots of phone numbers. I would use their contactus@ email and also make a phone call, and if nothing else works, send a letter. Do not do phone only as that is off the record and you need something on the record here.

@divVerent And it turns out that their email address just tells you that it is not monitored and advises you to use their chatbot.
@pluralistic Keep that response, it is crucial for the complaint. I guess the Spanish consumer board website I posted in 1/2 is the way to go.
