Jerry 🦙💝🦙@chetwisniewski I believe GitHub will let you watch for releases and be alerted via email. For me, I get an alert when there’s a new message in the lemmy matrix channel.

@jerry @chetwisniewski for that matter, even on a project that doesn’t release, you could subscribe to the RSS feed of the commit history for a file/directory.
