@gwynnion I hear ya. Also, when I hear "When God closes a door, he opens a window." I ask "Why not just open another door?"
What good is an open window? What am I supposed to do? Climb out? What floor am I on? Did God give me wings? A rope? Jesus H. Christ in a jet pack, help a sinner out here!

I get why we create rationalizations & justifications for systems that aren't helping us (like healthcare) It's easier to blame "An act of God" than the humans who should be helping each other.
