A pal who’s a very gourmet cook keeps sending me recipes that are like yeah right have you ever met me and my nonexistent cooking skills?

@Holberg Reading the recipe, I have questions. On one level, it’s a classic Provençal anchovy sauce with the addition of copious herbs- which is great. But is it “1 two once tin” of anchovies or a “12 ounce tin” of anchovies? I suspect the former. Literally food for thought
@davidgillaspy Interesting! Read it as 2-ounce (and that’s a usual weight) but…how you read it might mean either way too much way too little anchovy.
