Sounds like a reasonable position given the circumstances.

I did the thought exercice of taking over the instance. The legal ramifications made my exercice run away in fear.
It's a civil case not criminal. I don't expect that, but I excepted some kind of PR message that was at least.. not going to be deleted, and doesn't start every sentence with an "I".
