Sounds like a reasonable position given the circumstances.
However, it’s also not good for a community.

@EdwinG @erin He 100% should have said he would take a step back and ensure someone else is in charge (of the instance AND of the money)

I wonder if he can legally do that now.

I did the thought exercice of taking over the instance. The legal ramifications made my exercice run away in fear.

@EdwinG @erin Which is why he should have let us deal with the non profit three years ago. So much stuff could have been avoided.
