Vivaldi seems to block adds well to iOS too.

Really the best I’ve found is 1blocker for Safari, but I got that when the lifetime version was a only few dollars. (Imagine subscribing to an ad-blocker! - but than again, how many people donate to ublock?).

Ublock Origin Lite is available for safari and blocks YouTube ads perfectly fine.
