@Geri I suspect a few folk will keep oldtimers on the road in outer suburbs/rural areas as second / weekend cars - as I keep getting recommended YouTube videos of Chinese mechanics restoring 1990s/00s European cars in an area by the coast (its in the South, near the border with Hong Kong), but they will probably go back to how it was in 1900s where you bought petrol from the pharmacy (or bulk chemical supplies places, of which there are a lot around that part of China)
