What's the plan for the day?
coffee.
my plan is almost always coffee. good to have achievable and useful goals that can be accomplished early in your day. makes me feel like i'm being productive. :D

the ritual of making it is definitely a meditative act for me. well, partly because i'm still asleep, but also because it is comforting and i get tasty coffee at the end. i'd probably have done better with yoga if we'd gotten coffee instead of shavasana. :D
