@ai6yr Something I've always been mildly interested in, if we get hobby farm before or during retirement might do it. Had coworker buddy some years ago that did it as well, but didn't find that out till last few months we both worked together.
@CliffsEsport The big thing to know is if you are moving a lot of boxes, it's very hard, physical work. So, if you don't mind that... also a lot of in-person learning curve, lol, involving stinging. That said, fun enough as a hobby!
@ai6yr well I have health issues but strength so far isn't one. Still pretty serious weight lifter. My home db's go up to 85 lbs and could use a 100 for one exercise, just hard to find where I live now.

@ai6yr how heavy do those boxes get with wax, honey, bees, & larva?
@CliffsEsport Full "super" with honey in it is easily 20 lbs, the full "medium" (brood) box can be 30-50 lbs.
