@angusm I'm guessing that there aren't that many US-based router companies. And likely they all have them assembled in other countries because US labor cost so much more than someone in India, Vietnam, or Malaysia.

The cynic in me is thinking that with the smaller pool of products, it makes it easier for the NSA to put back doors like they did with CISCO routers a few years ago.
