RickRadio club talk this evening is about MeshCore, and I'm getting UUCP vibes from some of the ways it does things ....
keirFox@hrrunka I don’t know that Meshcore is as established as Meshtastic here. And there’s Reticulum which…that’s way out of my range of understanding.
@keirFox Yeah, the field seems to be a bit like the early years of home video tape recorders, with the slight advantage that if one's not working out then chances are you can just re-program the hardware and give another one a go. MeshCore feels to me like a fork off Meshtastic, except that it isn't. I get the impression that it's evolving pretty rapidly and somewhat chaotically....
