Capital punishment has been completely abolished in all European countries except for Belarus and Russia, the latter of which has a moratorium and has not conducted an execution since 1996. Yes, it could be a good reason to break the treaty between EU and Israel, but, if Israel treachery strikes causing a huge raise in energy costs for Europeans did not make EU break the treaty (*), what will do?

(*) We all know EU is just about money.
