honestly, go through these newswires stories and try to find outlets willing to point out that the Trump administration has a long history of creating bogus new bureaucratic obstacles companies then have to pay or tap dance around to continue doing business

outside of corporate media just being feckless and sucking, there's still a weird normalization bias going on in the brains of many reporters where they treat Trump regulators as if they're still trusted, reliable officials working in the public interest they are not, it's not even a debate.
