I had a very interesting modern “shoulder tap” experience last night. I had a young person ask me if I could take a selfie on their phone to unlock a micro mobility device. Apparently they don’t require any sort of ID but ask for a picture to ensure that you “look over 18” which they do not. No comment as to whether or not I helped them stick it to the clankers.
