A week ago I started doing a Tai Chi programme every morning using an app. I was sceptical at first but I am finding it very beneficial, not just from my posture improving, but also my depression and anxiety are lifting.

@BlytheCycles
I've been doing in-person Tai Chi for maybe 15 years and you are right, it covers all the mind-body bases.
My new teacher (for the last 3 years or so) also does a short Quigung session as part of the class which is hugely beneficial (it is supposed to link into traditional Chinese medicine).

I was originally advised to try it as part of my recovery from severe depression.

I've been through several teachers and they are definitely not equal.
There also a variety of styles & approaches to TaiChi, all rather different - this can confuse the unwary!

The form we've just started learning (or trying to learn) is seen at https://youtu.be/v6XjHE7yDlU?si=vHnz3XPX51UPyCPk

I'd definitely try to get to an in-person class if you can.
