Not sure if this is a thing that we served back in the day at the coffee shop and deli I worked at in Phoenix or not. The owners were originally from Brooklyn. One of them used to drink this.
Anyhow, double brown sugar latte:
Level tablespoon of brown sugar.
Two shots espresso.
Steamed whole milk, as you do.
Sprinkle brown sugar through a sifter overtop.
Order one at your favorite coffee shop. I want to see if this spreads.
