Found the vuln, wrote the report... but stakeholders don't care? This hands-on 4h workshop turns technical experts into boardroom influencers: craft narratives, quantify ROI, counter objections, use psychology/adversarial comms, build relationships to prioritize security. Practice stakeholder analysis, business-language translation, tailored messaging ("social engineering for good!"), ongoing engagement. For pentesters, engineers, analysts of all levels.

From Zero trust to trusted advisor-selling...

@BSidesLuxembourg @neurovagrant

We were discussing how companies and the industry have moved from Zero Trust to Vendor Trust on a different thread and this seemed almost perfectly timed.

@jackryder @neurovagrant I don't think this one is focused exclusively on vendor trust, it also applies to internal teams earning the trust of management and engaging with management where/how it counts.

@BSidesLuxembourg @neurovagrant I genuinely wish I could make it this year. It wasn't meant as shade, just funny how these topics are becoming more and more discussed.

We need more "simple explanations" for why these things are killing our industry that include action related topics the C-suites and management care about.
