Spellcheckers? Who thought it was a good idea that you have to type in a word, to find out how to spell it ?

@Extelec I've got to say that is one advantage to those voice assistance things.

"Hay google how do you spell 'aardvark'" is a underrated function

@ferrix Yes, this the whole spelling model is flawed.
@Extelec words used to have whatever spelling the writer wanted. Fixed spelling is a conspiracy by big dictionary to sell more dictionary

@ferrix I used to suggest this fact when I was at school, Strangely it was "no excuse"

But they still taught the "I before E except after C" bull regardless of me pointing out it was useless.
